13 If you or your beneficiaries do not reimburse the Fund, the Fund may pursue legal action against you or your beneficiaries. As stated above, by accepting benefits from the Fund, you and your beneficiaries agree to reimburse the Fund for all costs and expenses related to collection of overpayments. Therefore, if the Fund pursues legal action against you or your beneficiaries, you must also pay all of the Fund’s costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees and costs, related to the Fund’s efforts to seek repayment from you.
